Conner won Best puppy in Breed at his first show at Leeds 1999 under top all-rounder Terry Thorn. His next show was not until November 2000, the Midland Basset Hound Club under breed specialist Veronica Ross. Veronica awarded him the dog CC, he went on to win Best in Show with Co judge Colin Gillanders. His second CC came at the LYC Basset Hound Club 2002 under breed specialist Mary Feuerhelm, again going on to Best in Show. He gained his Title at Birmingham National under breed specialist Sandra Allen. He was placed Group 3 at The Hound Association of Scotland under top all-rounder Andrew Brace 2003. Conner repeated the placing the same year, at East of England under hound specialist Ben Reynolds Frost. Conner is the younger brother of Ch Switherland Sensation, Ch. Switherland Blue Sensation & Ch Switherland Wildest Dreams.
