Whisper is the litter sister to Ch Absolutely Fabulous at Switherland; she won Best Puppy in Breed at her first show, South Wales 1997, under breed specialist the late Gillian McDowell. Gillian went on to award Whisper her third CC at the Hadrian Basset Hound Club 1999, going on to win Best in Show. Her first CC was won at The Basset Hound Club of Northern Ireland 1998 under breed specialist Liz Watson. Whispers second CC came under breed specialist Bill O’Loughlin at Darlington the same year.
